Cancellation and Refund Policy

Booking and Payment:

All coaching sessions and programmes require full payment prior to the start date, unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in writing.

Cancellation by Client:

Once a session or programme is booked and paid for, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for cancelled or missed sessions.

Session Rescheduling:

Clients may reschedule individual coaching sessions with at least 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance. Sessions missed without proper notice will be considered forfeited and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Cancellation by Coach:

In rare cases where the coach must cancel a session, the session will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time or credited to the client’s programme.

Acknowledgement:

By booking a coaching session or programme, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and refund policy.
