Hello I’m Sharon Dyke, an ILM Level 7 Executive Leadership Coach and Mentor with a rich, multi-layered leadership career spanning over 35 years in Health and Social Care leadership and 17+ years as a Solution Focused Practitioner, using in Trance-Based Cognitive Coaching.
With over a decade of strategic experience shaping national healthcare regulation, I also bring deep expertise in Healthcare compliance, ethical governance, and system-level accountability. I’ve supported senior leaders and organisations in navigating complexity, upholding high standards, and cultivating cultures rooted in integrity, trust, and reflective leadership.
